Remove the Cause, But Not the Symptom

Standard

Anya felt herself shiver
She wasn’t convinced it was from anticipation
In fact, she felt conflicted
She *wanted* this, but at the same time

She didn’t know if she could go through with it
By no means was it cheating
Several times Will said that there were no promises
Yet it felt very wrong to go to someone else

It wasn’t just anyone else though
This was an old flame, her first flame
The one who had opened forbidden doors
She was both grateful for and unsatisfied by him

Cameron told her to lie on her back
This was the part Anya hated
He placed his hands on each side of her head
This was his favourite part
