BoS: Calming Bath

Standard

Scott Cunningham’s peace bath.

For a stress relieving, calming peace bath, you will need:

2 parts catnip

2 parts hops

1 part jasmine

I part elder flowers

Bathe in the mixture to stem anger and relieve stress. Visualise releasing your anger or stress into the water. Feel it flowing out of you and the water absorbing the pain, hurt, and nerves. When you have finished and the bath has drained, splash yourself all over with fresh water.
